Well done for stopping.
Drink lots of water and take ephidrin. Ephidrin will suppress your appetite. Its also a stimulant so you will feel more awake.
Loads of my mates take it when they train at the gym. It gives me a headache though.

Drink! When ever you want to eat, down a pint, or two, or three of water. It will fill you up and stop you eating.
........ you might want to stay near the toliet!
Or make some homemade veg soup, and everytime you want to eat something, eat the soup. It'll be filling and v low calorie, so you wont put weight on.

Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, and fish. Your appetite should stabilise after a while.

maybe ur mistaking your feeling for thirst as a feelign for hunger Drink something at least as much as someone should a day u might be surprised about how much you loose, and your less hungry just make sure u drink something healthy like water, herb tea ect.

Drinking water, exercising, or eat as much as you want of fruits and veggies. They won't make you fat, but they WILL make you healthier. ;)
