Do anybody know what should he do. Well so far he set up an allotment with careone debt consolidatation. Once he show the people in S1 that he has a debt consolidator, Do you think they would let him leave then?

If he got himself into debt, S1 is making sure that when he leaves, he is for sure able to maintain his finances while in Korea especially if he is married. Once his allotment is set up and coming out of his check monthly, they will let him go to his unit.

one of three things will happen:

He will lose his orders to Korea altogether and be sent elsewhere

He will be allowed to go to Korea

he will be discharged, especially if he failed to disclose the debt in the first place, or acquired it once he entered the service

Anyone with excessive debt is not usually permitted to go OCONUS, as the potential to be bribed from Foreign entities is too great. Depending on the circumstances behind the debt, whether or not he is in arrears, and what he has been doing up to this point to fix the problem, the military can make one of several choices concerning his career.

Excessive credit car debt is looked upon less favorably then debt incurred because of a medical need or student loans. HOWEVER being in arrears is never a good sign.

I have never heard of that...normally if the debt was an issue he would not have been allowed to enlist. I would think proof of a legitimate debt consolidation plan would be what is needed, but again this is new.

That or discharge him.
They have kicked people out because of to much debt.
