Like folks have said, if it only has milk it is vegetarian. Try reposting your question with "vegan" instead of "vegetarian" and you'll get the more useful answers you're after.

yuck.. buy your own candy corn. Why would you want to make something like that when it's so easy to get. It's vegetarian.
