I think the most important things to focus on are omega-3s, protein, and iron.

You can get your omega-3s from flaxseeds, salmon oil, and walnuts.

You can get protein from soy products, milk, eggs, cheese, nuts, seeds, beans, and bread.

You can get iron from various seeds, nuts, cereals, spinach, broccoli, eggs etc...

There are all kinds of ways to get your nutrients without meat, but make sure you educate yourself on this, because variety is important!

There is very little we really need that you get from meat, and it is very easy to get it from vegetable sources. Beans/soy in particular will easily give you the iron and protein you might be lacking in a meatless diet.

Anything that can fulfill your proteins like meat can.

Try protein shakes, I like Muscle Milk. Simply taking a daily vitamin would probably be enough.

there are imitation meats and tofu
if you dont eat fish either, then it is important to get omega 3s, especially if you are a female. you can get them by eating soy beans....

Anything that equals up 2 the same amount of protiens u can find in meat.Veg's also have them.
