3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

There are the usual suggestions like exercising and losing weight, but here is one you probably won't have heard before:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After all I bought the device. As I was reading the text-book about this method, I could notice that it had rather convincing explanation; so I decided to try.
The test with kapnometr gave 4.2% of CO2 while norm is 6.5%. I begun normal training (20 minute a day). First results appeared after 3 weeks - it turned out that I can easily go upstairs without any rest as earlier. After 1.5 month I ceased taking of vasodilator drugs. After 4 months of training all symptoms had fully dissapeared !
The last two years I am feeling quite healthy, blood pressure is normal for my age, the test with kapnometr gives about 6.2% of CO2. It is interesting that I had lost 12 kg after 5 months of training. Now I am breathing with kapnicator periodically to sustain health. It is remarkable invention and I am sure not drugs but such devices will prolong the human life in the future
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is an extract from a "case study". Actually it isn't a real person, but a typical profile, made up of averages. You can read the whole story on the site I'm going to give you. This device brings down blood pressure, although not always as quickly as in this case. I've had wonderful success with this breathing device.

Drop some weight.

Remove from your diet anything that results in the obstruction of blood flow - chiefly fats that result in the narrowing of the circulatory system.

Pack in smoking.

Drink plenty of water to maintain a decent level of hydration.

Do more exercise, even if that only means walking for an extra half hour a day.

Pop an aspirin a day (thins the blood enough to improve circulation).

There are no quick and easy fixes. And no magical fruits or herbs that will remedy the situation. If you REALLY want to do something about any health issue the first job is to take a long, hard and objective look at your overall lifestyle, identify where and how the problems are being caused then do something about them instead of looking for an organic pill to pop instead of a synthetic one.

Exercise, good nutrition, and making sure the doctors haven't overlooked the true reason for your hypertension can lower your blood pressure.

I was treated for hypertension for 2 months when I didn't even have it! It turned out to be an inflammation of the lining of my heart, pericarditis!

Also sleep apnea can cause hypertension as well as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and all those if treated early can and will cure the hypertension without medication.

Sometimes hereditary factors overrule our best intentions though, and make it necessary for prescription drug treatment.

While it’s true that reducing blood pressure will require you to incorporate some lifestyle changes, you can make some changes without affecting your daily existence, and they may be sufficient to free you from having to rely on prescription blood pressure medication.
1. If you are a smoker, stop.
2. If you have to lose some pounds, do it;
3. If you love salty snack, cut it down.
4. If you experience very stressful situation in your life, try to eliminate it
5. If you use alcohol to control stress, restrict its use.

Exercise, be fit and healthy. Keep salt intake minimal. Eat at least five pieces of fruit and veg a day. Take plenty of exercise, things like walking, cycling etc. Keep your over all fat intake minimal. Particularly saturated fats. Increase your omega oils intake; oily fish 2-3 times a week. Use olive oil for stir frys. Avoid all fried food. Butter and high fat cheese. Don't eat a lot of red meat. Things like soya, TVP and try to have things like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed's, a few nuts as snacks.

The evidence on specific fruits and veg related to blood pressure is dubious. You're best bet is to cut out salt from you're diet (as best you can) and eat more omega-3 fatty acids found in things like oily fish and nuts.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/tl3Wd
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Only in marginal cases you can control BP.Have moderate exercise.Avoid all fatty and oily food.Discontinue taking common salt and use rock salt.Take food containing potassium especially more tomatoes and banana.Take honey-lemon tea regularly.(Boil 1OO ml water, put one teabag.add two spoon or more lemon juice.Add sugar for taste.) One cup early morning .One more cup before you go to bed will give good results.DO NOT ADD MILK.With this I controlled BP for 3 years.
But if your BP is very high this may not work.
