Are you for or against the proposed development at Punalu'u Black Sands and why?

SM-5, a development investor group, wants to build two hotels and 1,700 units at the sea turtle sanctuary at Punalu'u in the Ka'u district of the big island of Hawaii.Two thirds of the people in Ka'u are against it.

That doesnt sound good. Why allow such large buildings to come up in an allocated sanctuary.
