The highest cholesterol level I've heard of is a total cholesterol of about 1000 mg/dl in folks with severe familial hypercholesterolemia. It's not particularly healthy, as you might imagine.
Often a triglyceride level is measured at the same time as the cholesterol level and rarely triglycerides can be in the 5000 range. Maybe you had heard of someone with a triglyceride level of 5000 first noted when they had a cholesterol panel done?

No. Your blood would be all cholesterol
"People who have a total cholesterol level of 240 mg/dL or more typically have twice the risk of coronary heart disease as people whose cholesterol level is desirable (200 mg/dL). "
http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=183
It is hard to find a specific gravity for cholesterol, but here is one - just a bit higher than water. Since the reading is given in mg/dL for blood, and a dL is a tenth of a liter, it would weigh just over 100g/dL or 100,000mg/dL so not all cholesterol but enough to clog the flow.
"The earliest step in gallstone formation is the formation of microcrystals of cholesterol monohydrate (specific gravity, 1.038)"

A healthy cholesterol level is below 5.0, is that what you mean? Anything above that is too high.

the limit , that cholesterol can be or suppose to be are;;;; fall in 3 categories; desirable less than 200 mg/dl; bordeline (high risk) 200----239 mg/dl and high--- risk- 240 mg/dl and higher.,,,, so t lower your cholesterol one should stay away trom saturated fats(meat, dairy products),so if it's higher tha n the above, you are in a big risk.

5000? I don't think that's possible. I think 180 is high according to today's standards. I have no idea what normal should be. My tryglicroids were at 1500 once though.

Yes, a person can have a level of 5000. My co worker does. She has a rare hereditary condition. Her blood is so thick in her veins that it coagulated immediately after it was drawn by her doctor. She is going to try an experimental drug to get the levels down. Her mother died at age 54 from this condition even after a triple bypass.
