just do the best you can, evey little bit helps. next time you buy shoes make sure you get them from a veg shoe company. they are pretty resonably priced, or you could try ebay.

They're probably okay. I avoid leather and suede when I'm buying shoes. I rarely buy shoes by mail order because I have really weird feet, so I HAVE to try them on. I try to buy shoes from vegan retailers, but if I can't, I'll just go for leather-free.

Vegetarian means a person who does not EAT non vegetarian food/products.If you totally discontinue use of any product containing animal parts you are an " animal lover."You decision to use only shoes with out animal leather is commendable.

There is no supreme committee on vegetarianism that sets rules like this. Do whatever you feel is right. Most vegetarians only restrict their food, not other areas of life, but if you want to do so then you can.

It is literally impossible to be 100% vegan, no matter how hard you try. Just do your best. With shoes, I usually just avoid leather, so I think you're good.

its impossible to be fully vegan. try your best and stick to what you believe. you can wear them.
it would be different if you were wearing the shoes, going to eat a steak while watching dog fighting or something lol.

An ingredient in rubber comes from rendered animal parts. But, according to the vegans here in V & V, that's ok. So I guess it's ok then?
Why would that get thumbs down? Did I say ANYTHING inaccurate in my answer or are you just feeling guilty? Or is it NOT ok? Why the thumbs down?

I don't know if you are "correct" , but I would say you are a bit obsessive-compulsive if you are worrying about this.
