I have a horrible cough and have some Histinex HC syrup that was prescribed almost a year ago (about 1/3 left). Is it still good? It's been kept in a cabinet in my kitchen. I don't see any expiration dates and I seem to remember the doctor saying it should be good for a couple of years but worry that since it is a liquid it could have mold... anyone know if it should be safe?

You'll get the best answer if you call a 24-hour pharmacy. (You can look that up in the Yellow Pages.) Pharmacists are so smart and kind and helpful. The pharmacist will guide you. You'll see. Good luck, Sweetie. :)
