This is a matter of opinion, you will get a different answer from every taste bud. I like almost every cuisine out there. You might look into different cooking classes, see who offers the most variety. Besides, every one should be able to cook at least one great meal.

Come to Nigeria and see 'Incredible' set of Delicios meals... They have:AMALA,which can be eaten with Vegetables of Egusi Soup;Iyan,which is made with Cooked yam with Vegetables of Egusi... I swear, you would never taste anything better anywhere else in the world...
