OK try this

Your man may have sensitive sinus.
Drafts and pollen can irritate it, or in the bedroom, powder, sprays. perfumes etc, even your hair shampoo.

A permanent course of well being tablets eg vitamins minerals and herbs that are sold by the companies that want you to take them forever, can in 6 months or so, strengthen the sinus and increase the immune system to colds and respiratory type problems. Also i advise flue shots each year.

The result is no more snoring.

Email me for what tablets to take

I am sorry I don't have the answer you are looking for but want to say I have the same trouble. My husband snores so loud it sometimes shakes me! No lie! I can actually feel it like percussion's coming from a woofer! I also use earplugs, tap him at least once a night to have him roll over which usually changes the sound of the snoring but doesn't stop it. We have tried breath right strips, snore-stop (an oil he sprays in his mouth that works for about a half hour) and I did sleep in a different room for almost a year until I was so lonely I was going nuts! I hope you find something that works. My best wishes.

Sleep apnea is NOT snoring. Sleep apnea is when the person actually STOPS breathing in their sleep and almost chokes before they wake up enough to start breathing again. Snoring is often caused by congestion or a deviated septum or being overweight. You can suggest he use something like breathe right nasal strips, or a nose spray to help cease the snoring. Good Luck

Sleep apnea and an obstruction disorder can both cause snoring. Anyone who snores all night should see their doctor and get a sleep study done. Those two disorders can be life threatening. Only a sleep study is going to tell you for sure what treatment will work. Good luck.

The truth is anybody could snore. But, men just are louder then women. You need to open the airways from the mouth/nose to the lungs so buy a sleeping machine or some of those patches to put on his nose.

Roll over, elbow him and he rolls on his side and it stops. If he doesn't move after the elbow, just tap him on the shoulder and tell him he's snoring. The trick really is to fall asleep before he does, for whatever reason you seem to be "deaf" when you sleep.

HE NEEDS TO GO TO THE DR!!! My hubby was the same, snored so loudly I had to wear ear plugs. He still woke me about every 2 hrs. Finally got him to go to the dr who had him do a sleep study-yep-sleep apnea. Apnea can kill, if you love him get him checked by his dr!!!!
