I'm sorry to hear about your tragedy.

As for the answer to your question, it's hard for us to say as we here in the Internet haven't seen your grandmother in person. This question is best directed to the doctors who are looking after your grandmother. It can be difficult to ask this sort of question of a doctor but keep in mind that it's the sort of question that doctors have been asked before and they're used to it.

Bear in mind that the doctor cannot give you a precise answer as none of us can predict when someone's time on this Earth will come to an end. The best s/he can do is to give you a hazy guess as to how long things will go and what her chances of leaving the hospital are. The conversation, however, will do you and your family a world of good by giving you a more precise idea of what your grandmother is dealing with and what you can expect over the next few days/weeks.

Best wishes to you and your family.

only God knows the exact answer to that. but let me tell you something, my father died in February of 07(we found out he was sick in Dec of 06) and one thing that I am so grateful for, he died knowing how much I loved him, how much I i was going to miss him, and I made every minute count with him. That is the best advice that I can give you about your grandmother. Her death will be hard, but you will make it through it.

No one can answer that for you love. Doctors may be able to guess as they have her medical history/records.
Go spend quality time with her and enjoy your time with her. All the best to your Grandma and your family.

So sorry, just be there for her and tell you you love her. She doesn't have long. Stay with her.
