These are the best things I've had either from my partner's wok or from the Cantonese restaurants I've visited...
- Shrimp fried with tomato sauce
- Egg tart
- Fried milk
- Yu choy with oyster sauce for dipping
- Green onion pastry (the kind you get at dim sum places)
I can't say a word in Cantonese, however, so I can't tell you what they're called.

Clams or Pork Spare Ribs or Green beans in black bean sauce.
Cooked properly in a wok, you have a little smokyness from the wok hei, the garlic, ginger and salted black beans make a nice savory gravy. Great over rice!
