Depends on what you are into if you like P-Daddy you can have a party an "Absolute White Party" were everybody dresses in white and turn your house into a hip club.
or go to a club with all your friends and make sure the club knows it is your birthday.

Have you talked to him to see if he wants a party? I think most boys that age only want their learners permit so they can start driving. Where I live they have to take a drivers course before they can get a license. Maybe he would rather have the money you would spend on the party, go towards his driving course cost. You might also consider getting concert tickets for him and a couple of his friends to attend. If you still want to have a party, do a web search for teen party ideas.

hmm... what about an indoor snow ball fight! have like fake snow and such, but do it in an enclosed tent or something. im born in dec. but i had my party in october!
