I would make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. You have classic symptoms of high blood sugar after you eat.
It's really important to find out if you are diabetic because the constant high blood sugar has damaging results, such as heart disease, losing your vision, and kidney failure.

What you've eaten a day or days before is likely to be the nausea cause for you. If you want to wake up and feel like eating without nausea then try(ask your doctor first if you think there is a question) to be careful what you eat last, the night before. Fruit, sugar-like things, combinations of these, fruit flavored or sugared drinks and even alcohol-ingredient things that are low percent alcohol by volume will cause a person to feel like that the next morning. The things you had a day or two ahead of time were maybe not the last thing you had the day before but sweet liquids can work there way around in your stomach and it could be like it was the last thing. And I could give further details but that may help enough there. Notice how you already had a good idea yourself of what... you said hypoglycemia. It is possible and don't forget that it could be multiple factors causing something at times. I would watch my temperature. Take care and be careful, but my very best suggestion is don't let yourself feel so uncomfortable in the morning. Figure it out and apply what you learn as a way of life. Get an ambulance to take you to emergency if it gets to be too much or have a friend or relative drive you in if it comes to that.

You probably have low blood sugar before you eat in the morning- what do your sugars run? Then you eat & your sugar raises & your body has to take care of it. While your sugar is high- you're likely to have the symptoms you described. You should check your sugar 1-2 hours after you eat. It should definitely be below 120 2 hours after.
