No, as long as intellegent beings have free agency there will always be a difference of opinion. There will always be individuals who will want to lead and many more individuals who want, no need, to follow someone else. Even God had a war in heaven. Conflict is an integral part of all existence.

We (our government) should focus on ourselves and be peaceful, and others will follow when they're ready. If only our government wasn't so hell-bent on wasting our money and hurting others for oil.
