The vegetarian sushi is very very yummy in my opinion. THe kind with crab in it is good as well. I haven't really tried much of the raw fish variety. But I am going to Japan in March and can't wait to try it.

mmmmmmm.... sushi!

too bad I get an allergic reaction to seafood and soy.

sushi isn't always raw fish though.

sushi is actually a term for rice wrapped in seaweed.

raw fish is usually added for flavor. and it contains the amazing omega-3 fatty acids that work wonders on the skin and brain!

I just lost my sushi virginity last Friday. It's definitely an acquired taste...it was like nothing I've put in my mouth before. But overall, I would try it again. :)

It really depends, friend...
Real Sushi is a piece of raw eel and a tablespoon full of rice with a little bit of wasabi sauce on a piece of kelp seaweed.

Are you going to make it for real?
You'll gross out your guests...

Good luck

DO I??? HELL YES! I crave sushi, I want to roll in sushi. My favorite is Asparagus tempura roll with wasabi mayo, and salmon with spicey crab, and avacado and the whole roll is fried in tempura.

Love it except for one thing. The pieces are too big for 1 bite and I haven't figured out how to cut it in half with a chop stick

Only the veggie type and it must contain avocado, though the sweet egg slices aren't bad.

Now if main stream restaurants offered them with cooked beef, chicken, or pork I would be over the moon!
