Not a huge fan of any type of junkfood..not even chocolate.
I like peeps though...someone told me they were vegan. I don' t know about that but I don't think they are real marshmellows. I think they are some kind of fake marshmellow because they are so good and have no zero callories...to begin with.

They're yummy as all get out..
Unfortunately, they contain Gelatin, which is boiled down pig's hooves.. Even when I wasn't a vegetarian, I was kosher (no pig) so I always had to stay away from them.. BUT we used to be able to get ones made with a plant-based gelatin replacer.. but thaqt company doesn't make them anymore :((( BUT.. my sis-in-law has a good recipie!! They taste just like marshmallows, but they don't roast as well or look as perfect.. BUt I love em!!

I like them with cocoa pebbles and promise butter.
melt the promise butter and marshmallows, then add the cocoa pebbles.
But why is your question in the vegetarian and vegan section?

I used to love marshmallows until I realized they had gelatin. The vegan ones just aren't as good somehow. :..(

Marshmallows are not vegetarian, so I do not eat them. However even when I wasn't vegetarian I didn't really like them.

i used to like marshmallows with chocolate... like the scotchmallow (half butterscotch, half 'mallow) from see's candies.
if i ever want to make something with marshamallow now, i use the vegan alternative called rice mellow. i've *successfully* made rice crispy treats from them.
:)

They are great, but they aren't vegetarian. They have gelatin in them and that's made of boiling the connective tissue of animals.

I only like them when they're hard or burnt. I don't like mushy foods.
