Well, If you're healthy, Darling then just keep eating what you're eating!
[:
Nutrients you MAY lack But DO need:
Iron
Protein
Vitamin B12
Iron - Found in Spinach, Broccoli, Lettuce, Cabbage, Collard greens and other "Leafy" green veggies.
Protein: Found in soybeans (Tofu, Veggie burgers, Soymilks, Soy Ice cream, Etc) Found in other beans, Nuts and Seeds
Vitamin B12: it is said to be found in Soy Products. Not yet suggested. You could drink Vitamin Water. I drink it daily to make sure I get a variety of what I need. (Vitamin Water is sold at local gas stations, Walmarts and Shoprites) and it is DELICIOUS. [: (I love Blueberry-Pomegranate)
You may also want OMEGA 3 (Which is found in fish)
You can get this by eating FLAX SEEDS
Kashi has a Granola which contains Flax Seeds. They're Delish! It's called Orchard Spice.
You can also buy FlaxSeed Cookies. They sell in FlaxSeed and Oreo types. There are also Flax Muffin bars, Muffins, and Granola bars. (Sold at Super Markets)
NOTE: Be sure to take in Vitamin C while eating Iron.
It boosts intake, ensuring that you actually get the nutrients you need.
(Vitamin C = Cirtrus Fruits ; Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Pomegranates, ETC)
I really hope this information helps you.
Peace and Love! <3

I'm a vegetarian. I've been one for 7 years.
To make up the animal protien you'll need to eat beans, whole grains, nuts, and at the very least peanut butter. Now as a meat eater you got at least twice as much protein as your body needed so..you don't need to eat as much as you think.
What you need to focus on getting enough of is iron. Sometimes ..not all..it can be harder to get enough iron. Not impossible to say the least though. You also may need to take a B 12 vitamin about once a month or so. That comes from the dirt that your veggies grew in..but they normally rinse off all the dirt so...you don't get it...it also is made in the intestines of animals such as cows..that's how you got it before. You just need a little bit and then your body will multiply it. So a monthly suppliment should do it.
I have to stress that getting your vitamins naturally though fruits and veggies and things is so much better and has a higher chance of absorbing in your body than a multivitamin does. Most of the time...90% of the time your body only absorbs 2% or less of that multivitamin you are taking. Kind of silly.

Well, you can eat soy foods. I eat a bunch. I've been a vegatarian for about a year and a half. ^_^ Anything by Morning Star (Meals*) or Boca. Those are the best. Considering I don't eat any sea food either, nor do I enjoy many vegatables, fruits are an excellent meal idea. I hope I helped.. Sorry if I didn't, and good luck! ^_^ It can tough some times to stay from the meat produtcion line. Good luck though! ^_^

Non-vegetarian. But I totally intend to stop crimson meat after the vacations, and finally reduce out fowl as good. I desired to begin earlier than, however seeing that my mum eats meat (and we've got a ham within the refrigerator for Christmas dinner) I am ready till the vacations are over. I do not devour eggs and I not often drink milk. Can't belly the style of honey. I plan to end up vegan. I'll use soy or coconut milk if I ought to.

Do not get concerned.
Legumes/lentils provide proteins. Protein is the main concern of those who “become” vegetarians. Tofu can be excellent addition to your diet, if you are not using it.
All milk products are vegetarian, unless you are a “vegan” who does not accept any animal product. When one does not want to consume milk products, fat becomes the main concern. But you can use oils: peanut oil, olive oil, canola are fine.
Consume a variety of fresh vegetables and moderate amount of a variety of fruits should keep you in excellent shape and provide all the micro-nutrients. The most important word is variety. Note that Potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes are not vegetables. They are starch.

Not eating meat doesn't necessarily deprive you of nutrients as long as you eat a well balanced diet.
Here's a web site that might be of some help:
