Last year we only gave gift cards out to those who danced, which was great because it got everyone to dance. However, I'd like to do something new and different this year. Any ideas? Even just for ice breaker games.

Could start out with a Chicken Dance:
Have everyone stand at their seat or in a large circle or several inner circles and do chicken dance. Snap fingers in air, arm flapping, knee flapping, head bobbing etc."Okay, folks, now that you've all learned the chicken dance and have seen how funny everyone else can look and they've seen how funny you can look;
get on the floor and dance cause anything has to be better than this.
Vote on best chicken dancer first.
Could do elimination dance.
And you guessed it-- a Dressed Up Rubber Chicken is First prize.

A multiplication dance with a twist. Broomstick partners- one of each, a great dancing couple willing to go along with the gag (and a couple more in on the gag), start on the floor with each other; music breaks, each grabs a broomstick partner, dances; music breaks; Introduce Mr/Ms Broomstick and pass the broomstick partner to someone Not dancing and get a new partner of their own; music stops repeat.

Name tags-using first name letters describe interests.
Decorate each table with a different theme/color etc
Rainbow; works of art, party board games, different floral arrangement, seasons, months, cars, trucks, planes, motorcycles,
tea party, black and white tie, silver and gold, ice white and royal blue, etc.

Mystery word/puzzle or anagrams at tables...different one at each table

Taboo game cards etc at each table.

Q&E envelopes--Ask for answers not knowing the questions.
Have story or change tables of information about
how well they know their wife/coworker, etc.
