Life insurance to me means I can create an estate for my loved ones if I pass away unexpectadly. I don't want my wife and daughter to lose the house if I die. So, I want to make sure they have enough to pay for things for a couple of years at least. I am willing to pay some now to have peace of mind in regards to their future. Oh, and the same goes for my wife.

What life insurance means to me is a way to manage my family's risk against financial devastation. If I die, my family won't have to worry about how they would survive financially without my income. So I have life insurance to replace my income.

In the meantime, I also created a plan to build wealth so that I don't need to purchase life insurance anymore. I put $333/month into mutual funds in my Roth IRA. So far, I've been getting 14% rate of return. I don't know how it will do in the future, but I can only hope it will continue to grow.

I prefer to have a business not a life insurance! The insurance is finish in time but the business produce the money all the time (even if I die and maybe more after my end). But of course first I prefer to be with my wife!

It is not really life insurance but death insurance. The only way to collect on most policies is to die. Young adults that have small children are most in need of this type of insurance to ensure that the surviving spouse and children do not have any financial hardship in case of a tragedy. Older adults may not find it very valuable depending on their financial situation.

LIFE INSURANCE IS FOR THE LIVING AND NOT FOR THE DEAD! So let the loved living have a comfortable life even if you are not there to share it!

That means most people need it.
