Grains like corn, rice, wheat, etc. Quinoa is supposed to be particularly high in protein.
You have excluded some of the best sources, though.
You can probably still get enough protein if the rest of your diet is well balanced, but I'm not sure if that would be a good idea if you are still growing.
I'm vegetarian, but I feel the most "satisfied" when I eat high protein food like beans and tofu in combination with rice or other grains.

Beans of any kind is an excellent source of protein AND fiber. You can put them in a salad, add some salsa and raw onions to them as a side dish or just cook them and add some seasonings. They are a very versatile form of protein.

Health food stores sell a powdered protein mix.
I have never worried about protein. Some of my past doctors have. But when my blood tests come back ,they just shrug their shoulders ,and say no more.

Soy products, like meatless chicken or meatless "beef"
It isn't meat it's just soy-but it is a good source of protein and iron.
I drink Breakfast shakes, to get my calcium intake and for the needed proten in them.

you can buy whey protein at any vitamin shop theres also a lot of protein bars on the market, but naturally, you about covered it.
