Chocolate Sweet 16 Ideas?

My gf is having her sweet 16 in February. The theme is Chocolate and she'll be using the colors red and black. There will be guys there. We need ideas on:
~Decorations
~Other food (besides chocolate)
~Things to do at the party

What food would be good with chocolate? Like hamburgers,chicken,etc. Would chinese work?

Red and black containers for drinks, plates, napkins, etc
For food I think that Fried chicken is good for everyone with potato salad and some bbq beans, fruit punch and coke

You can do a chocolate bar eating contest, have a checkers (black and red board) tournament and the rest of the time is for dancing and having fun..

why red and black ? I would have chocolate brown . Not hat red and black aren't great . My kitchen is done in 1950's red and black as in a diner . Get a huge pinata that resembles a candy bar and buy mini candy bars to put in it . Have a cake that looks like a giant candy bar . She's 16 have a dance off , karaoke contest , and give a giant Candy bar to the winners . Food would be , chicken wings , nachos and cheese , pizza , salad , and make a fruit punch with a flowing fountain , kids of all ages love this .

Depending on how much you want to spend, you can order chocolate bars with personalized labels. You'll find a lot of examples under wedding party favors. A chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, marshmallows, and good bread are awesome!

When you say other food, are you planning on serving a huge meal? Or were you thinking along the lines of snack foods? At Sam's Club you can get huge boxes of frozen appetizers and all you have to do is pop them in the oven.

Make sure you have plenty of room for kids to dance, and a good DJ. Perhaps it might be cheaper to hire a karaoke machine and all of the guests can sing and have fun. You can have a beuatiful sing in message board for your GF and everyone can wish her Happy Sweet 16.

a chocolate fountian they sale them in some grocery stores. mints. Chocolate scupltres. fondue sets. Depending on the how much everyone is willing to spend make a sculptre. Or buy some molded chocolate pieces. Also try having brownies, chocolate cake (all with different flavors.) and or hot/cold chocolate. Also have some milk there.

The websites listed below are places you should be able to buy scupled chocolate peices. There is even a website that has instructions on how to make a chocolate fish. Have fun with it:-)

If she would expand her idea and make it a " Willy Wonka" chocolate party, she would find a wealth of ideas on the web. A balloon archway over the doorway, using M&M's colored balloons would be fun. Attach with double sided tape small M's to some balloons. You can go to the M&M's site and have the candy personalized, that could be thrown on the tables like confetti. The only food I can think of is " sweet " and sour meatballs. If she desides to go with the wacky Willy Wonka idea, this might be a fun cake to make. Of course it would be chocolate.
