When I was younger I had been born 2 weeks early, and my lungs didn't develop all the way, causing me to have asthma. I'm now 14 years old, and I don't know what I should do? IS there any type of exersizes, vitamins, drinks, and foods to have to help?

thanks!
have a good day!

Do..........do what your doctor wants you to do.

If you have asthma then I'm SURE your doctor has limited some of your activities, right? You should be seeing a pulmonologist. They are lung specialists.

Have your parents make you an appointment.

Well this really is something you should talk to your doctor about. Many people have asthma and live completely normal lives. There are no drinks or foods that will help with this. One thing you might be able to do is strengthen your lungs...I dont know if that will help but it sounds like it would considering lungs are weak and thats why they have asthma. Cardio is what strengthens your lungs...and screaming but I dont know if that would be the route you want to take lol. Good luck with it though. Wish I could be of more help.

Follow your doctor's recommendations. You probably need to use inhalers to control your asthma.
