Why is this in Respiratory Diseases? Wrong end! lol

Maybe just a stomach virus. Go to your doctor.

Stomach virus (rarely happens but can last up to 14 days) you can also have residual symptoms left over for a while after the virus. (i.e. Stomach virus doesn't always mean vomiting, everyone reacts differently)
You could also have something called Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This is something that I happen to have. Symptoms are diarrhea, and/or constipation, nausea, bloating, excessive gas. Also, ask yourself a couple of questions:
What did I eat that day that is common with the others? Usually the trigger food that is causing the diarrhea in this disorder is dairy or wheat. Try not eating dairy or wheat for awhile see if this helps.
Obviously your bathroom habits have changed. At anyother time is your stool different than usual?
If you find that you answer yes to any of these questions you could have IBS or a digestive disease similar to it. There are too many to name and define. You would need a doctor for a more definitive diagnosis anyway.
