My mother always said if you were hungry and did not know what you wanted to eat get a piece of celery with peanut butter and it would satisfy you. It has worked for me for over 50 years; must have something to do with the veggie and the protein.

You stop in at Denny's and order the Vegetarian Boco burger, smothered with mushrooms on top. The Burger comes either with regular fries or season fries. I usually get the season fries with my veggie burger. You can also add a slice of cheese if you are lacto vegetarian. You must get the Strawberry milkshake to wash it all down. The shake is awesome on a hot day.

There you have it. Go out and treat yourself. You deserve it.

Have a good evening.

If i were u i would chocoate souffle and this is how u make it

• Unsalted butter, at room temperature, for dish and collar
• 6 TBS sugar, plus extra for coating dish
• 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3 large egg yolks
• 3 TBS flour
• 5 large egg whites
• pinch of cream of tarter
• Confectioners sugar for dusting
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 400°.
1. Butter dish well: Coat with sugar, tap out any extra.

2. Cut enough parchment paper to form a collar that will extend 3" above rim. Tie collar around dish.
Using with a brush, brush the collar well with melted butter. Chill dish.

3. Place chocolate in top of double boiler over barely simmering water. Allow chocolate to melt slowly, stirring until smooth. Keep warm.

4. Scald milk in medium sauce pan.

5. Beat egg yolks with 4 TBS sugar until pale and fluffy.

6. Beat in flour until well combined. Keep mixer running, slowly add half the hot milk.

7. Add mixture to rest of milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium low heat, stirring constantly.

8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then whisk in melted chocolate.

9. Transfer to a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing onto surface of chocolate. Keep warm.

10. In large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form.

11. Gradually add remaining 2 TBS of sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.

12. Spoon a fourth of the egg whites into chocolate base and whisk until smooth.

13. Quickly fold in remaining whites. Some streaks may remain.

14. Transfer to prepared dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 375 and bake 15 more minutes. To serve:
Remove from oven and remove collar. Dust with confectioners sugar and serve immediately
