Put all the names in a hat on separate pieces of paper and draw a name out, if you don't want to eliminate that person keep going until you get one that you wouldn't feel too bad dropping from you list.

Eliminate the individual least likely to make an issue of it. I like the "names in a hat" idea too.

Maybe one of those on your list can't come anyway. One extra surely wouldn't be that much extra effort or cost. Talk to your parents and ask them how to choose which one to take off your list.

Talk to your parents, I'm sure they wouldn't mind one more person or you could always eliminate the person that is your least favorite.

Don't be silly. Explain to your parents that you HAVE to have 15. Don't come back with another number...only 15!. They will let you, I'm sure.

Not all 15 will be able to make it--at least one will be unable to attend!!
