heres some
Party Theme - Bicycle Ride
We found invitations in the shape of bicycles. Inside she wrote all the important details such as: Date, time and location to meet.bring a bicycle

bring individual bottles of water for everyone and bike packs, that attached to the handlebars of a bike, you can find at a sporting goods store

give each girl a bottle of water. All I had in my backpack was snacks, a first air kit, disposable camera
make shure all the girls know the rules of riding a bike on a trail and who has the right of way. I took extra time explaining why they had to call out to runners and other bikers, "on your left", when passing and to be careful coming up behind equestrians and also to allow them to cross the trail first. I wanted to make sure this day would be safe for everyone and teaching them bike safety

when you get home.... Instead of a birthday cake, buy cupcakes you can pick then up at the supermarket bakery. Each was decorated with a miniature plastic bicycle, surfboard and candy sprinkles.

food for lunch since you already out side you
could have the rest of your party outside

set up the tables under a tree or in a shady place. You can also hang flowers around the tables on a post or a fence to give the party a more fancy look. If the party members are old enough, light candles and place them on the table or use tall candle holders and stick them in the ground. This gives the party an older look.

have your guest make their own nametags, decorating them with markers and then placing it where they would like to sit.

Lunch menu: heart shaped cream cheese and strawberry jam sandwiches, sparkling apple cider in champagne glasses (disposable), grapes, cheese cubes, and potato chips

Games: kiss the Prince (girls put on red lipstick, blindfolded and spinned, and tried to kiss a drawing made by the party girl.. on brown wrapping paper taped to the window), musical nail polish (walk around the table and pick up a bottle of nail polish, one without is out), "Who Knows Rachel Best" (answers to questions written in paint markers on back of paper plates), and freeze music tag.

Party Favors: purple gift bags with a small mirror, lip gloss, sucker ring, sweet tart necklace, and a chocolate bar with "Thank you for coming to cards (made on the computer). or you could give them T-shirts, sequins, tacky glue, bead making kits,

I'd start with food--something simple like pizza and salad or hot dogs/hamburgers and chips.

Kids that age might not like to sit still and watch movies when they have people around to socialize with. I'd try to find some age-appropriate games instead. www.partygamecentral.com is a good source for games.

Then I'd do a make-your-own-sundae bar. Lay all the ingredients out and let them go to town.

Have fun!
