She can visit a Planned Parenthood. There are privacy laws(HIPAA) that protects her medical information from being shared without her authorization.
As to the 21 y/o "boyfriend". He got her in the situation she is in, he deserves no consideration. He should be in jail !! She needs to get rid of him before he infects her with something far worse.
She needs to see a doc, ASAP so tell her to look up the nearest Planned Parenthood and consult them.
AND, next time she decides to have sex, she can think about practicing it, safely by using a condom. It's not only the man who is responsibile of carrying protection but the female as well. She can have her own stash of condoms, any sexually active female should.

The age of consent in most states is 16, so if this man is having sex with her what he is doing is illegal. The age difference does matter in this case. One because she is not of legal age, and also because this man is twice her age and in a TOTALLY different life stage than she is. Other than sex, I just don't see what these two could have in common for a long term relationship. I would also question why an adult MAN in his 30's feels the need to date a 15 year old GIRL. I think you should tell someone because this is illegal. Just be prepared to lose her friendship if you do tell someone. She won't see it as you trying to help her now, but she will some day. Good luck!

Get her to a gp or clinic yesterday. There is a very good chance she has other STDs if she has warts. Her boyfriend should go also and she should stop being with him.

Ok well since she is 15, she can go to a clinic about it with out her parents having to know. The doctor can only confrot the parents if its an abortion not just going for something like this. So get someone to drive her there and just get her to tell her mom that she is going to a friends house.

Her best bet is to consult with Planned Parenthood. They may be able to give her the location of a free clinic. she also need to stop seeing the guy. He will eventually get in BIG trouble.

I have worked at a GP before. There are laws to protect your friends privacy though. Check online in your area to see if you can find out what the exacts are on HIPPA Laws.

wow sounds like your friend is a real winner. there is a phrase i'm thinking of statutory rape. listen you are not her friend. If you were any kind of friend you would turn that guy into the police. It's people like you that try to make child molestation ok by keeping it under the rug. your friend has bigger problems then vaginal warts.

This guy put her in trouble! He's not worth it.
Just bring your friend to a doctor. There's this thing about doctor-patient confidentiality. Tell the doctor about the situtation of not telling her parents.
Your friend is too young to deserve this!

She needs to learn from this experience not to put herself at risk, but to practice safe sex. There are vaccines out there for females to help protect them.
