No. A person is definitely taking a risk of contracting HIV, especially it is is unprotected sex, but it's not a guarantee.

Just because someone has sex (protected or not) with someone who has a STD, doesn't mean it's 100% guarentee they will get it. They are taking a risk, but it's not a guarentee.

well, first of all, before u have sex with a person you know has HIV, i suppose you would use protection, because there's a high probability that you will get infected, maybe not the first time u do it, but eventually if you don't use protection you'll end up getting it, it's like leaving a single bullet in a gun and playing russian rulett, eventually you'll kill yourself. Be safe, use protection and think twice before u do anything you'll regret for the rest of your life.

Not 100% but very very likely. Also, depends on how much body fluids (blood, semen, etc) got transferred between the you two.

well you wont get it if your cells are deformed there was a man whose cells were deformed and he couldnt get HIV because the Virus couldnt latch to his cells. if you are going to have sex with a HIV person use a condom and pray it doesnt bust.
