Wanting to post for lst time block party & needing ideas, etc. Where can this be posted ?

Looking for venders, crafters, & information givers for a lst time Block Party. Being held on Oct 14th with raindate of Oct. 21st. I want this to be shared with all groups if allowable. Thisis for the SWAN ORGANIZATION.

Most grocery stores have a bulletin board for community news. You could also put this information in your local community paper. The ads don't cost much.
