Nothing. As far as I can see there are no true humanitarians in existence. If you find one let us know then we can ask the humanitarian what they eat. Also, it depends on some definition aspects. a vegetarian by right also eats minerals, drinks fluids, but I think most agree vegetarians refrain from eating meat. The term humanitarian if any really exist is not usually a distinction of what the person eats, but rather how they behave. Hence a vegetarian could in theory also be a humanitarian and visa versa. Also, from what I gather, if a real humanitarian exists, by definition their eating behaviors wouldn't be affected by their humanitarian attributes. But in asking this question you probably know all this already and are only playing around posing some silly comparisons to get silly answers to see how silly we can all be. Since that is probably the case your question is wasting most everybodies time just like most of the questions at Yahoo! answers.

A humanitarian eats normal human food.
A cannibal, however, eats humans. A humanitarian would not eat humans unless he happened to also be a cannibal, which would be extremely unlikely because humanitarians tend to be more refined and principled (and don't delight in the taste of flesh).

A humanitarian eats only fruit, so that she doesn't kill the plant. And she smiles and sings to the fruit and comforts them before she gently chews them.
Seriously, a fruitarian diet is the most humane diet. A raw vegan diet is almost as good.

For crying out loud, Humans do not taste like Chicken. Human Flesh taste like Possum. I find it taste really awful and there is too much fat.
