maybe you are coming here to feel better, hoping to read something that is uplifting..but when you get back, you are once again saddened by all of the misery and sadness you see...you just hoped that things wouldn't be so sad but they still are. If you had God and Jesus in your life,..you would understand all this grief right now, but you would have a bright light at the end of the tunnel, and know that all those suffering now, will soon be smiling...

Why do you choose to check out the mental health section? When I log on, I start with the main page and see where it leads me. If the question was a good one, I stay in that category. Otherwise, I try to jump around and see what else I can find. I'd like to recommend that you do the same in the future. That way you're not making yourself feel bad. Try to focus on some happier things and things that don't cause you anxiety. YA can be lots of fun, if you use it right. Good luck, B

It is uplifting when someone asks a fun question.
I do appreciate those people that ask interesting questions.
Keep them coming as well as the serious ones.

You are personalizing what you read and having a pity party for yourself.
