Many agencies are part of security schemes, you can check if it has a logo of any of the schemes on its site or its door, and go to the site of that scheme to check it is really a member.

I find many hits searching for ASAP travel, so I can not help you with this agency itself.
(If you do have a link, you can add it to your question, so we can help you check it.)

I followed your link and it brought me to this site:

It looks trustworthy, but no proof yet.
They claim to sell IATA tickets, good too, but no security that you will get your money or journey if this company is not doing what it promises.
You can check their name in a business list in the USA, but as I have never needed that kind of thing, I do not know how.
Read the FAQ in the part customer services and terms and conditions, and take a travel insurance, specially one that pays if you need to cancel.

I think I would trust this site, but it is your money, not mine!
