Around USD 20 or 800 baht for a scale and cleaning. Exam and consultation is free.

They have 3 locations, one in the Central Business District in the Siam Area, one near the Huay Khwang station of the subway on Ratchadapisek Road and the last near the Central Plaza Lad Prao.
I have gone to the one on Ratchadapisek Road. It was their first office, nice and clean inside, friendly staff and english speaking dentists.

.......or walk into any dental surgeons. They'll check their appointment book and then ask you if you want anything done immediately -- it's that good here, and cheap too. Better than waiting 3 months for an appointment back home. One word of warning though, DO NOT let them convince you that you need work done other than what you want........

there is a big dental hospital in bkk does all dentistry including cosmetic about one third the cost of here service first class you will find it on the net and you can make a appointment by e mail
