The Canon 15mm is a good bet. The Sigma 12-24 looks good on paper but there are mixed reviews on the lens. It aint cheap either. Stick to lenses you can use with 35mm as you never know if the trend will lean towards 35mm camera sensors in the future.

There are no Canon fisheye lenses for the Canon Rebel cameras. There is a Tokina 10-17 mm zoom fisheye lens made for Canon cameras

The Canon 15mm. Don't waste your money on those "front of lens" attachments. The quality and results will disappoint.
