When you've worked really hard over the last month, and virtually worked yourself to death, how do you relax and rest.

So far, I've slept on it for about 15 hours, and that did it ok, but I'm still tired, any suggestions.

Over that month, I was getting around 0-5 hours sleep a day.

as a fine arts graduate, i've been doing that since college and when i started working freelance.

there are times that i only have at least 10 total hours of sleep for a whole week. or, no sleep for 3 days. i've done that when i was working and deadline was hard.

at these times, you should increase your vitamins consumption since your antibodies would weaken. at least in an interval of 3-6 hours, close your eyes and make it rest for at least 3-5 minutes. (or longer, especially when you are staring at the computer screen like me) and when you are feeling burnt out or ideas cant form in your brain anymore, get out where you are or what you are working, try to get some fresh air and walk around. energy drinks could help too, i could attest to that.

Actually taking a walk, working out a bit can help you relax and not be so tired.
