I just reinstall my limewire 2 days ago after i accidently uninstall it. Before this my computer just fine when i open limewire. I tried closing all the running programs, scan for viruses, spyware etc but nothing work.

Get rid of that Limewire anyone who recommends it is an Idiot.
The installer of limewire installs adware, Spyware. I highly recommend you uninstall it and run adware cleaning ultility.
Use Ares from here instead.
It loads no ads and you can find almost everything buy using this.

Because Limewire is peer to peer software. This means people all over the world are accessing your hard drive and copying data off of it. If your security is lax, they're also using your computer as a fileserver for warez and porn.

i had that same problem with limewire. my computer slowed down when i ran it, but after i uninstalled it, my computer worked fine. If you want to download free content i suggest you use torrents and get utorrent as the client. torrents are safer and most of the time faster.
