When i try to burn a movie that I download and I use Roxio to burn it, the program stops responding. I go as far as adding the video and then I hit burn and the movie stops responding. What should I do? Customer care told me to uninstall the software and then reinstall it. But I have done that. Now they say to reinstall all the software on the computer. Do you think this will work or what could i do differently?

This version of Roxio was already on the computer. I believe it is version 9.
Should I just buy Nero.?

Im going to bet that Roxio is not compatible with Vista. There is an alternative Get Nero 8.0 instead its much better than roxio.

which version of roxio do you use ? ...version 9 or the new one 10 should work ok with vista
