When i try to burn a movie that I download and I use Roxio to burn it, the program stops responding. I go as far as adding the video and then I hit burn and the movie stops responding. What should I do? Customer care told me to uninstall the software and then reinstall it. But I have done that. Now they say to reinstall all the software on the computer. Do you think this will work or what could i do differently?

This version of Roxio was already on the computer. I believe it is version 9.
Should I just buy Nero.?
