kids running around high schools with machine guns, lack of ethics , coldness among relatives, uneducation , lack of parental guideness, high rate of divorces, where are american families going?

So sorry to tell you, but there is no culture in USA. It is just a combination country of many countries and cultures. It is sad. Money is the only culture run by this country. If it wan's for money, everyone will be in their own country already.

Do you even know what a machine gun is? It's almost impossible to run with a machine gun since a machine gun is fired from a tripod or mounted on a vehicle due to it's weight and recoil. It's almost impossible for the average citizen to get a full-auto weapon. Most sub-machine guns, shoots pistol ammunition will run around $10,000 and I've seen a M-2 .50 BMG machine gun get listed at $50,000 dollars.
The lack of parental guidance comes from the peace-love-joy period of the sixties and the divorce rate is because two selfish people that never think they are wrong can't compromise. It's not necessarily only an American phenomenon.
Where's American society going? Who knows, from the begining of time man has always thought that the 'sky was falling' or that things were going to get worse.

If you only read the news and never travel you get that impression but get away from your computer and travel a little and you will find the real America. You Europeans always put down America but you sure come running too us when you need some serious help.
