thay were live 1s but i was making them !! i was puting legs togeter ,ears , tails ,noses you get the pic omg it was funny ,this happend at the time i was ill so what do you think ??

Sounds like a fun and creative dream.... it could be the puppies in your real life influenced your dream, but be on the lookout for a new invention, you might create something that you can put in production that will offer a fun experience for people.... I see a possibility of a new business in your future....not building puppies, but maybe inventing something fun...

That sounds awesome. Do you have puppies, or want to get one. It could be a repressed thing, like maybe you wanted one when you were little but didn't get one and so you dreamed about it. Or some kind of a delirium from the illness. Was it a fever or something?

You don't say in what way you were ill when you had this dream, but it could be that your subconscious mind was simply tuned into your natural healing processes and making perfectly normal puppies was symbolic of the microscopic "fixing" that was going on via your immune system as your healing processes worked their magic.

To me something like that might mean that through your own actions you're making a new friends or going to be making loyalty that you might feel you need.
