No.
Depending on the type of aircraft and the type of flying the pilot will be doing is going determine whether or not they will get parachute training. Pilot emergency rigs are very simple. You put it on, fly your plane and if you need to leave the aircraft you jump out and pull the rip cord. The pilot rigs are almost always round parachutes that require just about as much training as I just wrote. A parachute landing fall is the only thing they would need to know to land the canopy. Some emergency rigs have enough control to steer the canopy. If they pilots are going to use a RAM air canopy then they need to get some more training on flying and landing the parachute.

Military pilots yes it is part of flight school. That and survival training, both in case you have to bail out behind enemy lines.
Civilian pilots.! Civilian flight schools not don't need to.Not part of training or school. in civilian aviation. Neither is survival training.

Good god no. The swimming pool water survival stuff was bad enough. And fitting into the cockpit of a Lear is hard enough already, too. Where would we keep them? I think our passengers would much prefer that we practice our V1 cuts and our single engine approaches to minimums and such.

Small aircraft pilots, and small commercial plane pilots do parachute training. They are obliged to carry Parachutes at all times.Whether they get the chance to use them is a different matter. But airline pilots do the training, but rarely can they use a parachute in a jet plane.
