Wouldn't they allow the Gospel of his son Jesus to be preached in their nation?

Lindsey. actually I have the foolish notion that christians are to support the government in Israel no matter what they do on my mind tonight. I'm hoping education will help a few break freefrom the lie. =)

They get tons of money from the neocons but do not allow them to preach christianity. Its important from a fairness standpoint that they dont allow preaching on the street corner of any religion including Judaism.

They do allow the Gospel to be preached in Israel. Israel is a free democratic nation that has free press, assembly, and religious freedom. You just don't have the freedom to strap bombs to your belt is all. There are many practicing Christians in Israel and many Christians go there every year to visit Nazareth and for holy pilgrimages. In fact they even have "Jesus Tour" packages available for tourists to learn about Christianities roots. Some of the cathedrals they have there are very unique and fascinating.

You haven't read the bible if you are asking this question. I suggest you get yourself a New Living translation, it is written in plain modern English and get the truth for your self.
