Yes, you would die. I'm pretty sure after a couple of months or so your wife/girlfriend/neighbor/boss/coworker/ or someone will eventually kill you.

i doubt it. the effects of not showering/bathing i.e. growth/overgrowth of bacteria may cause infections that may lead to death.
