Are the people who jumped to their deaths on 9/11 from the twin towers in hell for committing suicide?

FYI~ when humans encounter intense heat such as that day, they instinctively do whatever it takes to get away from the heat, once it started to burn their skin, they did the only thing they could do, and that was jump.

I can't believe you holy rollers who have the audacity to even suggest these poor victims would go to hell for "jumping" out of the Towers. Where was your so called "God" that day?? Hmmmm??? You thumpers all claim he exists, but no one has ever seen him, I would think if "Jesus Saves" that would have been the best opportunity to show himself, but he didn't. Why?? Because he does not exist. Face it!

foxylogist?? I never said "God" killed those people, who is the one who sends people to "Hell" for suicide? GOD! I believe in the Universe as a whole, I don't believe in hell and eternal damnation, and hello....earth ...come in...God did not write the Bible, man did! Go to college and educate yourself, Those people who died in the towers that day did not kill themselves. Terrorists and those who stood aside and let it happen are responsible. When I die, I am going home, not to heaven or hell, just home. I am going to come back here time and again to learn another lesson until I can join the bright light of souls who have learned all there is to learn, and I will be with my creators on the astral plane, in a place called home. No judgement needed, no eternal damnation, no make believe religious leaders to swear apon or worship. My way makes sense to me, all religions are cultish and they let you have no personal responsibility for your beliefs. Figure it out for yourself.

I've heard this question lots of times before. I believe differently than you do in regard to God's existence, but the question still makes me angry. These people knew they were going to die, one way or another. They took the less painful route. Their situation was unimagineable to me. I have no idea what I would or would not have done in their place. No one, NO ONE, on this earth has the right to judge them.

Whilst I agree with a lot you say and I do not personally believe in any form of interventionist religious figure the way this is promoted, please respect those who do who are not empty-headed Bigots like those who make silly statements about suicide etc. The trouble is that extreme and frankly stupidly narrow views exist within every political, philosophical and religious belief system there is because all are open to abuse of power and those who use them for that encourage narrow thinking along the lines of' ours is the only truth' so everyone else is a heathen/wrong by definition. Look at how some leaders in history have made themselves into 'gods' so that as soon as dissent arises they could say 'if you do not agree with me/god you are a heretic and must die'. Shades of the same thing exist over the way Bush et al justify their warlike behaviour. With respect, since your own belief system is clearly strong and well-thought-out, don't get angry, feel pity. Anyone who can try and make a political point out of the misery of that series of events has lost topuch with being either rational or human and deserves pity. They need help.

He was there. He too got burn.

Just because people die and He was not seen doesn't mean He is not there. He was a Firemen, Police, Security Guard, People of the Towers and all the Heroic people that was slain because of those responsible.

You think God is Dead? What is your concept of God? Many are with You in this sadness. Many blame God. Always a victim and Gracious as He is. The Devil is not to blame. People of the other Faith that do it in the name of their God is not to blame. Everyone but God is the culprit. It is human of us to say this thing when tragedy happens. We look at other people eye.Be still. Meditate on what you say. Then come and curse God. If you still hang on to this belief that He does not exist, be still again, till You breakdown, only then reality will sink in.

Are You part of those effected or a wicked person, which is none of your concern, just waiting for a chance to pounce on God. A person full of evil but portray to be sad at the incident. You know who you are.

A good person will gives good fruits. You are different.

It was an act of desperation to jump. They were not intending to end their lives, but to escape the hell others had placed them in. The wicked intentions of those who killed them were brought to light and those intentions are being repaid. Had it not been for the events that took place on that day the nastiness to be unleashed at a later day may have been even greater. Who knows for certain? I am not willing to place any blame on God for I am not He.

Where was their god on 9/11? Here you go:

Basically, he doesn't exist, chose not to intervene, or was powerless to intervene. I refuse to worship such a god, no matter which of the three it is.

i think of Jessie could take transport of a ruin, she's basically asserting she would not know many names and that the commonplace of the questions this nighttime are rather low. that's as much as her to ask the question isn't it seeing as she's been reminded sufficient that it is Yahoo solutions.

i dont think that them jumping constitutes suicide they were merely trying to escape the situation. what is scary is they had two options one was staying inside the building. now for the better option to be jump from 80 floors up how bad must have it been inside the towers. they did not commit suicide.

I do not think they would be in hell for jumping but I do not know the full story. God loves us all.
