This verse would seem to suggest not...
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?" 2 Cor 6:14
However I think true love conquers all...

Christian are not only allow to marry atheist but also of the same sex. Seriously, ask the Anglicans, and the Minister are very willing to make the marriage known to the public. Next on their agenda they must have think of mixed marriage, that is Satan children with God Children. Then there will really be peace. After all the Bishop is always right.

Legally, of course. Anyone can marry anyone as long as they are of the opposite sex, not related, and older than 18 (with some exceptions even).
As far as their religious beliefs go, I have no idea. But people with differing religious views get married all the time so it's probably not a big deal.

Yes, God gave us free will. However, He strongly recommends against it.

The bible teaches that we should not be "unequally Yoked", you are free to marry someone who is not a believer, however you must suffer the consequences for your actions and so will your kids

They're not supposed to be "unequally yoked," i.e. married to an unbeliever or someone of another religion. But the truth is, they can marry whoever they want to marry.
