So many of their tribes came and settled in Madina and in Khyber in Arabian peninsula years before Muhammad was born. They were sure that God will bless Jews with the birth of the last Prophet in one of their families. When Jews heard that a man in Mecca is claiming to be the Prophet of God, Jews sent their men to test him. They questioned Muhammad SAW 'how Israelites got in Egypt' and how they were freed from slavery' because most Arabs being not educated didn't know history of Jews. Right when they questioned Muhammad SAW, God revealed him the entire Sura Yusuf (Joseph) in Quran which he read to Jews. They also tested him many times when he settled in Madina. Each time he passed the test. God says to Muhammad in Quran that Jews know you as they know their own sons that you are the Prophet of God. But they will never accept you because you are not one of them and they hate the fact that God gave last Prophet to Arabs. In Quran God also says that Jews and idol worshipppers of Mecca have strong hatred against you and you will find people amongst Christians softer towards Islam. We see in recent years more Christians are accepting Islam in Europe and USA than people of any other religion and idol worshippers of India and Jews still hate Islam and Muslims than all other people in this world.

Few years after Muhammad SAW was rejected by Jews in Madina during the middle of one congregation prayers God commanded Muhammad SAW to turn his face from Jerusalem towards Kaaba in Mecca. That is when God withdrew the title of Jews as chosen people of God and replaced them with Muslims. God did invited Jews in Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah to accept Islam and join Muslims and Muhammad SAW read the revelations of God to Jews, but they turned down each time. One time in Madina a Jewish family invited Prophet in their house and put poison in his food. His companion with him took one musal in his mouth and suddently was choked to death. Muhammad spitted his first musal still in his mouth and walked out of their house. He had effect of the poison quite some time even though he didn't swallow the musal. Another time Muhammad was sitting by the wall of a Jewish family to rest. A Jewish woman dropped a big rock from her roof on to Muhammad's head. God's Angel Gabriel pulled Muhammad away a second before the rock would drop on his head.

Though Muhammad had written treaty with Jews to help and protect each others, Jews conspired several times to have him killed by instigating and helping Aetheists of Mecca to come and kill Muhammad SAW. Aetheits attacked to kill Muhammad and his followers three times but Muslims defeated in all three wars. Each time Jews did make some excuse to join Muslims in fight. They instead supplied weapons and information to Aetheists in each war.

Muslims being the last people that follow the last Prophet of God, have responsibility to pass the message of Quran to rest of the world until the end of world.
