Ok this is what my doctor perscribed me for the pain my ovarian cyst is causing me... I have a huge issue with taking medications I have never taken before as I have a fear of sideaffects/allergic reactions... When I had gone to the ER they gave me Morphine, that had bad effects on me that didnt wear off for 2 days (headache and nausea) not to mention it didnt help with the pain at all... So what I am asking is this,

1. Should I even bother taking the lortab?
2. What does it make you feel like?

This is a list of painkillers that have no effect on me

Morphine
Advil
Tylenol
Percocet
Ultracet
Aspirin
Aleve
Ibuprofen

These are my allergies

Penicillin
Codeine

I have told my doctor all of this and he still perscribed me it.

First, you can't have an allergy unless you've been exposed to the molecule or one very similar in the past. It's possible that you might have a cross-reaction if you had wheezing and hives with codeine, but if it just made you nauseated or dysphoric, that isn't actually an allergy.
Hydrocodone is a narcotic, so you may have side-effects similar to those of other narcotics, but if you have moderate or worse pain and all those other drugs haven't worked, I don't see the harm in trying them. Lortab is pretty inexpensive, and any side effects are likely to wear off quickly enough, so the likely downside is pretty small.

Lortab is hydrocodone and acetaminophen (Tylenol).
You have not taken this one before (per your list).
Hydrocodone causes less nausea than most narcotics.
It should not cause a headache. You are not "allergic" to these meds (the narcotics like codeine) - you just do not tolerate their side effects well. Codeine frequently makes people nauseated and makes them think they are allergic, but it is just a common side effect. This type of side effect is much less (usually) with Lortab.
I suggest trying one of these WITH FOOD. Don't take these on an empty stomach and don't drink alcohol with them. You should not be driving for 3-4 hours after taking the Lortab since it will likely dull your senses and your reaction time.
Good Luck. It would be nice for you to find a pain med that works - BUT, this is a narcotic so you do not want to take this on a regular basis for several weeks due to the risk of addiction.

You'll have an allergic reaction. Don't take it. It's a narcotic and will make you feel lethargic at first. It will probably make your skin crawl.

Lortab is the same basic drug as Codeine.

That's why I think you'll have an allergic reaction. Your pharmacist should have spotted this.

Good luck
