you,ll be real lucky if you get 500 for it ,even with the new tires on it,the blown engine says it all,and its probably a 2.7 also,id ask higher may be 6-700 but i seriously doubt that you,ll get it,good luck with selling it though, someone will buy it ,it will just take time to sell it.

Your not going to get much considering it is a 98.
Nobody wants to pay for a garbage 2.7 liter when it will pop again in a couple years.

Anybody that looks for these cars such as myself to swap in a 3.5HO is smart enough to get a 2000 or newer considering the transmission was upgraded internally to be more reliable.A bonus when putting in an engine 25% stronger.

When I run into a guy in your situation locally I offer him 100 bucks more then the junkyard or charge anywhere from 500 to 800 labor and 2000-2400 average in parts to perfom a 3.5 swap.

You might not like the answer but your only other option is Ebay. You might get 500 there or you can wait for a push pull or tow at a dealership and have them give up to 3 grand for it. Stealership sounds good untill you read the fineprint and realize that theres a factory rebate on the car you just baught that the dealership keeps to make up for the money they gave you on the trade!!!

So your options are

Fix the 2.7 for probably more then a shop will charge for the swap IF they even know how to perform it.

Swap the 2.7 for a 3.5.

Sell it for probably less then you paid for the tires unless you went cheap.

Trade it in and pay the same amount you would if you didnt even have a trade!

You can try and part it out but remember your one of many with a blown 2.7. You probably dont have any of the options people want and the only thing that cant be found dime a dozen is a good running 2.7 but you dont have one either. The market is well aware this is a saught after engine and will make you pay a rediculous amount for it.

Sorry for the bad news.

Find some old tires to put on it and take it to the Salvage yard
not being mean, just realistic, don't torture yourself with trying to get 4 or 5 hundred dollars out of it, because the odds are that it just isn't going to happen....sorry

Hate to tell you this, but those new tires are probably worth MORE than the rest of the car! Why don't you see if maybe you can sell the car for Scrap at the junkyard, & then remove those new tires & use them as Spares for your next car? It might be your BEST bet. Good luck.

What is the evidence the engine is blown? You don't state mileage or any problems.
