Cat Snuffles Symptoms

If the cat is "horrible" then he needs to see the vet sooner than in a week. There are upper respiratory illnesses that are not a big deal and there are others that are fatal. He needs to be warm, well fed and watered. Letting him sit in a steamy bathroom can help, but don't leave him unsupervised. good luck

If your cat has a really stuffy nose and is having troubles breathing through it you can put him in the bathroom with the door shut and a hot shower running. Get the room nice and steamy and let him sit in there for a good 20 minutes. This will get his nose running some and you can wipe it off. You may need to use a warm wash cloth. I hope he starts feeling better.

Just make sure you clean the cats eye's everyday.Have plenty off water and food out for them.Try and warm washcloth over the cat to cool it down. Not to much but just enough so the cat can be cool.

well respiratory infections are no joke in cats...i'd try and get him an earlier appt. until then, make sure he's drinking plenty, and eating, and keep him inside and warm and just watch him closely. i wouldn't try treating him urself, its a bad idea
